You didn’t go to chiro school to crack backs on a conveyor belt.
At Made to Move Chiropractic, we don’t do 5-minute adjustments or cookie-cutter care plans. We’re a fast-growing sports chiropractic practice in Fullerton built on one belief: you were built to move. Our patients are athletes, weekend warriors, and active adults who want to understand why they hurt, and who stay with us because we fix it.
We’re looking for a licensed chiropractor who wants to do the best clinical work of their career and grow with a practice that’s on the rise.
Why doctors want to work here
- Real clinical depth. You’ll combine adjusting, fascial and soft tissue work, and movement correction in one-on-one visits. Every care plan includes rehab.
- Our own system. You’ll be trained in the Made to Move Method™, our proprietary 12-week hybrid rehab program (Map It → Restore It → Rewire It → Bulletproof It), delivered through TrueCoach.
- Tools most associates never touch. We offer StemWave acoustic wave therapy and in-office bone density screening, with a community partnership with OsteoStrong.
- Marketing muscle behind you. We have an active referral network with PTs, orthopedists, and MDs across north Orange County, plus a dedicated content team and strong social media presence. We help you build your patient base fast.
- Mentorship from a CCSP®. You’ll work directly with Dr. Meghan Miller, D.C., CCSP®, and learn the clinical side and the business side of a modern movement practice.
- Room to grow. As we expand, so does your role. We’re building leadership opportunities for the right doctor.
- A team that has your back. Our front desk and support staff handle scheduling and operations so you can focus on patients.
Who you are
- You hold an active California chiropractic license in good standing. Required, and new grads are welcome.
- You have a sports, rehab, or movement background, or you’re seriously curious about it. You might be the person already at the gym, on the field, or at the climbing wall.
- You’re a natural connector who’s excited to grow your own patient base: workshops, gyms, community events, and turning patients into raving fans.
- You care about outcomes and long-term results, not visit counts.
- You’re confident with your hands, and comfortable teaching patients exercises and explaining the “why.”
- You’re coachable, warm, and genuinely love people.
- These are a plus: CCSP® or progress toward it, and training in ART, Graston, IASTM, or FAKTR, KT/Rocktape, knowledge of fascial planes
The details
- Position: Part-time, growing to full-time as you build your patient base
- Start: Immediately
- Compensation: Starting hourly pay that converts to a salary plus achievement bonuses as you hit patient milestones. Your growth sets your pace. We share the full package with qualified candidates at the first interview.
- Benefits: Malpractice insurance and annual California license renewal paid by the practice
