Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years clinical experience
- Energetic, personable, and a strong communicator

- Passionate about patient education and leading a team
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using chiropractic techniques
- Educate patients on wellness and treatment plans
- Build strong doctor-patient relationships
- Lead staff training and track key clinic metrics
- Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $85k–$90k
- Tiered production bonus:
- 5% of collections $60k–$80k/month
- 8% $80k–$100k/month
- 12% above $100k/month
- CE allowance ($1,500/year) 3 paid CE days
- Paid time off (10 days/year) 6 holidays
- Health stipend ($500/month)
- 401(k) retirement plan available after year one
